QCPAC “ a large Training Activity to build Team Antomation Operation Symtem” was held in Wuxi Yujingyuan Hotel in Oct,2012.
President Mr .Xu attended the whole course. All staff learned the knowledges about what is team and how to build team through rich course and numerous interactive sessions.
During the training, not only course training ,but also team interaction. innovation activities and sense of competition . Before the training, there is team’s talent or innovation show. All the staff went on improving and got progress.
With the course ended, the competition among teams also ended. Although some teams didn’t gain honour, but they still were with applause and cheers for the winning teams.
